Check these first

• An open in the center frontal stage 2 squib circuit
• A short to ground on the center frontal stage 2 wiring
• Damage to the center frontal stage 2 connector
• A failed center frontal stage 2 airbag module
• A center stage 2 output fault in the airbag control module

What to do next

1. Inspect the center frontal stage 2 squib wiring for opens and shorts
2. Check the center frontal stage 2 connector pins for damage
3. Measure center stage 2 squib resistance at the control module
4. Replace the center frontal stage 2 airbag module if it tests open
5. Replace the airbag control module if the center stage 2 output is faulty
6. Clear the code and retest
