Paste the box below anywhere on your site to give your readers a free OBD-II code lookup. The make selector routes Chevrolet, Ford, Honda, and Toyota searches to the brand sites. Everything else searches the main catalog, with or without JavaScript.

Why sites install it

It looks like your site, not like ours. The box carries no colours, borders, backgrounds or fonts of its own. It inherits your page font and your own form CSS styles the fields and the button. A reader cannot tell it apart from the rest of your page.
You do not lose the reader. The search opens in a new browser tab, so your page stays open behind the lookup. The reader comes back to where they were.
Free, no account, no signup. No key, no dashboard, no email. Nothing on your site phones home to us.
One line of HTML, nothing to maintain. Adding a brand later updates every installed box on its own.
It fits any layout. One row at every width from 280 pixels up, and the code field gives up width before anything wraps.

Matching your site's style

If your site styles its inputs and buttons, the box is already styled, because it inherits them. Nothing to do.
