• An open in the second row left frontal stage 3 squib circuit
• A short to ground on the second row left frontal stage 3 wiring
• Damage to the second row left frontal stage 3 connector
• A failed second row left frontal stage 3 airbag module
• A body control module software fault blocking the stage 3 output

What to do next

1. Inspect the second row left frontal stage 3 squib wiring for opens and shorts
2. Check the second row left frontal stage 3 connector pins for damage
3. Measure second row left stage 3 squib resistance
4. Replace the second row left frontal stage 3 airbag if it tests open
5. Update or replace the body control module if the output is blocked
6. Clear the code and retest
