• A leaking or clogged cylinder 2 fuel injector
• Too high fuel pressure
• A faulty oxygen sensor reading rich
• A leaking fuel system component
• A vacuum leak at the cylinder 2 intake runner

What to do next

1. Read the long and short term fuel trim on a scan tool
2. Run a fuel system leak down test on cylinder 2
3. Check fuel pressure and the pressure regulator
4. Compare the oxygen sensor reading to a known good one
5. Replace injector 2 if it leaks down
6. Clear the code and retest
