• A vacuum leak at the cylinder 7 intake runner
• A faulty oxygen sensor
• Low compression or high oil use on cylinder 7
• A faulty coolant temperature sensor

What to do next

1. Read the long and short term fuel trim on a scan tool
2. Run an injector balance test on cylinder 7
3. Smoke test the intake for a vacuum leak
4. Do a compression and leak down test on cylinder 7
5. Check fuel pressure at the rail
6. Clear the code and retest
