• A short to voltage on the H sense lead
• A corroded H connector adding resistance
• An overcharged cell at the H tap
• A sense module input fault on H

1. Read H circuit voltage on a scan tool
2. Compare the H reading to its paired tap
3. Inspect the H sense lead for a short to voltage
4. Measure the H tap directly at the pack
5. Replace the sense module if the H channel reads high
6. Clear the code and retest
