Check these first

• A cracked bank 1 intake manifold gasket
• A loose or damaged throttle body seal
• A split PCV or vacuum hose on bank 1
• A missing or loose intake manifold bolt

What to do next

1. Smoke test the bank 1 intake system
2. Inspect the bank 1 intake manifold gasket for cracks
3. Check the throttle body and PCV hoses for splits
4. Tighten or replace the bank 1 intake manifold bolts
5. Repair the leak found and recheck fuel trims
6. Clear the code and retest
