• A restricted exhaust or clogged catalyst on bank 1
• A bank 1 exhaust pressure sensor reading high
• A plugged exhaust pressure sensor port
• A damaged wire in the bank 1 exhaust pressure sensor circuit
• A collapsed exhaust pipe or muffler on bank 1

What to do next

1. Read bank 1 exhaust pressure live data
2. Inspect the bank 1 exhaust pressure sensor port for plugging
3. Check the bank 1 exhaust for restrictions or a collapsed pipe
4. Test the bank 1 exhaust pressure sensor wiring for faults
5. Replace the bank 1 exhaust pressure sensor if the port is clear and readings stay high
6. Clear the code and retest
