Check these first

• An open or short in the low speed CAN negative wire
• Corrosion or damage at a low speed CAN connector
• A failing ECU on the low speed CAN bus
• A failing CAN transceiver in a module on the bus
• A loose or failed CAN termination resistor

What to do next

1. Check the low speed CAN negative wire for an open or short
2. Inspect the low speed CAN connectors for corrosion or damage
3. Measure bus resistance and compare it to spec
4. Disconnect suspect modules and watch the negative signal recover
5. Replace the failing module or transceiver if the bus stays low
6. Clear the code and retest
