• A faulty camshaft position sensor on bank 2
• A worn timing chain on bank 2
• Worn engine bearings lowering oil pressure
• Dirty oil starving the bank 2 phaser
• A stuck VVT solenoid on bank 2

What to do next

1. Monitor bank 2 cam timing on a scan tool
2. Check oil pressure and condition
3. Inspect the timing chain on bank 2
4. Test the bank 2 VVT solenoid
5. Change the oil if it is dirty
6. Clear the code and retest
