• A short to voltage on the O sense lead
• A corroded O connector adding resistance
• An overcharged cell at the O tap
• A sense module input fault on O

What to do next

1. Read O circuit voltage on a scan tool
2. Compare the O reading to its paired tap
3. Inspect the O sense lead for a short to voltage
4. Measure the O tap directly at the pack
5. Replace the sense module if the O channel reads high
6. Clear the code and retest
