Check these first

• An open in the P battery voltage sense circuit
• A short to ground on the P sense lead
• A damaged P circuit connector
• A failed cell tap on the P channel
• A sense module driver fault on P

What to do next

1. Read P circuit voltage on a scan tool
2. Test the P sense circuit for an open
3. Check the P connector pins for damage
4. Measure the P tap voltage at the pack
5. Replace the sense module if the P channel is dead
6. Clear the code and retest
