Check these first

• A Q circuit tap reading below the surrounding cell voltages
• High resistance in the Q sense lead
• A corroded pin in the Q circuit connector
• A weak cell at the Q voltage tap
• A sense module input fault on the Q channel

What to do next

1. Read the Q circuit voltage on a scan tool
2. Compare the Q tap reading to its neighbors
3. Inspect the Q sense lead and connector for corrosion
4. Measure resistance through the Q circuit
5. Replace the sense module if the Q channel reads low
6. Clear the code and retest
