Check these first

• An open in the Q battery voltage sense circuit
• A short to ground on the Q sense lead
• A damaged Q circuit connector
• A failed cell tap on the Q channel
• A sense module driver fault on Q

What to do next

1. Read Q circuit voltage on a scan tool
2. Test the Q sense circuit for an open
3. Check the Q connector pins for damage
4. Measure the Q tap voltage at the pack
5. Replace the sense module if the Q channel is dead
6. Clear the code and retest
