• A P tap reading above the surrounding cell voltages
• A short to voltage on the P sense lead
• A corroded P connector adding resistance
• An overcharged cell at the P tap
• A sense module input fault on P

What to do next

1. Read P circuit voltage on a scan tool
2. Compare the P reading to its paired tap
3. Inspect the P sense lead for a short to voltage
4. Measure the P tap directly at the pack
5. Replace the sense module if the P channel reads high
6. Clear the code and retest
