• A V tap reading above the surrounding cell voltages
• A short to voltage on the V sense lead
• A corroded V connector adding resistance
• An overcharged cell at the V tap
• A sense module input fault on V

What to do next

1. Read V circuit voltage on a scan tool
2. Compare the V reading to its paired tap
3. Inspect the V sense lead for a short to voltage
4. Measure the V tap directly at the pack
5. Replace the sense module if the V channel reads high
6. Clear the code and retest
